In the SÜDSEE bistro, hosted by Kerstin Wallner, the focus is on light, straightforward summer cuisine by "Chef of the Year" Hubert Wallner, who only won the Gourmet Trophy, which is Austria's Gourmet Oscar, twice in 2018.

When preparing the Austrian bistro cuisine with a Mediterranean touch, primarily local organic products, fantastic Carinthian delicacies such as freshly caught Wörthersee fish and other delicacies from the region and the surrounding Alpe-Adria region are used.
The result is a menu based on recipes by award-winning chef Hubert Wallner, which is very genuine and uncomplicated for all its taste intensity. A culinary orientation that is as clear as the design of the SÜDSEE bistro located directly on the lake shore.
