Ingredients:
4-5cl Pink Peppercorn
1cl Pink Grapefruit Syrup
15 cl Green Rooibos Iced Tea prepared with Hallstein Artesian Water
2 cl Fresh Lime Juice

The Taste:
Named after Cape Town’s famous party beach and hence named after the region the Rooibos tea for this mocktail originates from, the “Clifton Sundowner” is a fresh, summery iced tea full of tart grapefruit notes, supported by the floral tea and the light bite of pepper.
